| 摘 要： | 当前,我国大学越来越呈现出行政组织的一般性特征,大学内外部错综复杂的各种权力又表现出鲜明的制衡关系。如何协调运用好这些权力,对于大学的建设发展意义重大。本文试图从政府权力与大学权力、党委权力与校长权力、学术权力与行政权力、校部权力与院系权力入手,力求探寻大学权力由博弈走向和谐的路径。
