| 摘 要： | 在对房地产业生态化概念界定的基础上,从我国房地产业发展模式转型的必然选择、经济全球化和低碳化对我国房地产业的客观要求、我国快速城市化阶段亟待解决的重要命题、我国房地产业回归理性的客观需要等方面深入分析我国实现房地产业生态化的必要性,重点探究房地产企业生态化、房地产产品生态化、房地产市场生态化、房地产业与国民经济协调发展等我国实现房地产业生态化的路径,并提出应建立健全相应的法律机制和市场机制等保障机制。
