| 摘 要： | 学术不端并不单纯是一个学者的道德问题,而是一个事关学术和社会健康发展的大问题。它的泛滥不但极大浪费社会资源和学术生命,扼杀学术创新,破坏正常的学术秩序,而且毒化教育环境,影响人才培养质量,败坏社会风气,助长社会的不道德行为,使整个学术界和知识分子丧失社会公信力,最终摧毁国家的根基与发展能力。现在中国学术界已经到了必须正视学术不端泛滥的严重危害,痛下决心,整治学术不端的时候。
