| 摘 要： | 政府出版物不同于其它类型的作品,但也不应该游离于著作权法律的保护之外.不同国家对政府出版物是否该受著作权的保护有不同的规定.结合我国国情,要对政府出版物的著作权进行保护,必须处理好公权与私权的关系,并对政府出版物进行界定,对其著作权主体进行确认,并完善相关法律制度.
