The disappearance of Sony-Ericsson:trouble startin with joint venture
Abstract:By the end of January 2012,the European Union approved the full acquisition of the 50% shares of Sony-Ericsson from Ericsson by SONY with the amount of 1.05 billion EUR.Looking back,the giant alliance became constrains to each other;the foresight of market was offset by not grasping the key of development;aiming at the best of mobiles was hold back by failing in differentiating contents and service;and exploration of smart phone but lingering between operating systems After a decade,Sony-Ericsson finally went into the dust of history.
