| 摘 要： | 随着21世纪全球化趋势的不断扩大与深化,中国外语教育正面临着新的挑战,外语政策与体制的深入改革势在必行。中国外语教育在改革开放所带来的巨大契机中不断地完善与创新,已逐渐形成了较为科学合理的体制与结构,但问题犹存,不容忽视。
