山区经济发展问题研究——以古蔺、叙永为例

发展山区经济应按照科学为本、特色优先、优势优先的原则，走可持续发展道路。通过对泸州市古蔺县、叙永县的深入调查研究，归纳出古叙山区经济发展面临的主要问题：自然条件较差，瓶颈制约严重；自然资源富集，开发利用不够；经济总量偏小，自我投入不足；产业结构不优，发展水平较低；市场规模狭小，开放程度不高；招商引资困难，发展后颈不足等。提出了坚持三个统筹，实施可持续发展战略；打破地域界限，统筹区域发展；加大投资力度，完善基础设施建设；特色优先，大力发展特色产业；优势优先，集中力量壮大支柱产业等经济发展对策。
