| 摘 要： | 翻译家个案分析是翻译史及翻译研究的一个重要内容.Burton Watson(华兹生)是20世纪英译中国古典文学作品最多产的美国翻译家及汉学家.他的译笔流畅自然、娴雅精练,可读性很强,在向西方普通英语读者普及中国典籍方面做出了重要贡献,也为翻译研究积累了重要的实证语料.文章以描写译学研究派的假设棗"规范"的"习得"与"内化"是在译者"社会化"过程中形成的命题为框架,分析了译者"社会化"是如何影响Watson"习得"与"内化"中国历史典籍英译的语言"规范"的.
