中国外资企业员工劳动就业安全分析

摘    要:劳动就业安全问题是关系劳动者基本生活保证的根本 ,是关系社会经济安定的根本条件之一。加入世贸组织后 ,中国经济发展的不确定性因素将大幅度增加 ,中国劳动力将面临来自国际市场的激烈竞争与挑战 ,在这种大环境下 ,研究中国劳动力就业安全问题将具有十分重要的现实意义。在新形势下 ,应正确分析外企员工的就业安全现状和原因 ,并力求寻找一系列提高中国外资企业员工劳动就业安全的途径。

Abstract:The problem of labor's employment security is not only fundamentality and assuring the labor's essence living, but also a basic qualification to the stabilization of the society economy. After entering WTO, the uncertain factors of China economic development will increase greatly. China labor-force will meet severe competition and challenge from the international market. Under this condition, to study the security problem of China labor employment will have very realistic significance. This essay does some analysis on the actuality and cause of the foreign enterprise staffs' employment security in order to look for a series of approaches to improve the foreign enterprise staff's employment security.
