黑龙江省食品加工业发展中存在的问题及解决的对策

摘    要:黑龙江省的农产品加工体系已初步形成。但同发达国家和发达省份相比,农产品深加工行业还仅仅处于起步阶段,如食品工业产值占农业总产值比重较小,食品加工业技术水平较低,产品品种少、档次低、品牌杂,行业标准不健全等。因此,应采取龙头带动、外引内联、集团发展、品牌经营、政策支持等对策,促进农产品深加工行业的发展。

Abstract:The system of agricultural products processing in Heilongjiang has formed initially. However, compared with other provinces or developed countries, our deep-processing industry for farm products is still at the beginning stage, for example, rather small output value of food industry in the total output value of agriculture, low technological capability of food processing industry, less product variety, low grade production, disorder of brands, and unsound industry standard, etc. Therefore, we should adopt the following measures to promote deep-processing industry of farm products: developing some leading enterprises, raising capitals and uniting provincial enterprises, promoting group development, strengthening brand advantages, and obtaining policy support, etc.
