| Abstract: | Civic accountability plays an important role in establishing a responsible government.The creation of the cultural atmosphere of civic accountability,the improvement of correlative systems,and the reinforcement of the policy support are the significant measures in improving the current civic accountability system and in building a responsible government with Chinese characteristics. |
