明末至民国时期个旧锡业生产关系变迁研究

从明末至民国，个旧锡矿开采主要是以私营企业为主，其生产关系始终处于不断的发展演变之中。发展趋势主要表现为劳资双方界限日益明显，内部逐步分化出上层的矿主、中间的管理人员和底层的矿工。在分化的过程中，中层管理人员不断壮大。而个旧锡矿生产关系也从明末的合伙制最终发展为阶层分明的雇佣关系。

The Changes of Production Relations in Gejiu Tin Industry from the Late Ming Dynasty to the Period of the Republic of China

From the late Ming Dynasty to the period of the Republic of China,tin mining industry in Gejiu was mainly owned by private businesses and the production relations changed constantly.During the changes,the labor and management were gradually marked clearly,having produced the classes of the mine owners,the managers and the miners,and the middle management was enlarged.The production relationship in Gejiu evolved from the partnership in the late Ming Dynasty to the employer-employee relations afterwards.
