| 摘 要： | 近些年来，随着改革不断深化和社会转型进入关键时期，各种群体性事件不断增加，已经成为影响我国和谐社会建设的重要因素。在分析群体性事件与政府信息公开之间内在联系的基础上，基于政府信息公开的视角，从机制缺位和法治失范两方面揭示了群体性事件产生的诱因，进而提出了相应的对策和建议。
