| 摘 要： | 随着我国对外关系的发展，国际关系理论建设任务日益紧迫。在建设和发展有中国特色的国际关系理论方面，需要坚持科学发展观和科学办外交，进一步理清这一领域的基础性概念和理论体系间的关系，注意理论研究与政策研究相结合，国外理论借鉴与中国国情相结合，静态研究与动态发展研究相结合，国家发展战略与国际战略相结合。同时，我国国际关系理论与政策研究也有一个既要活跃研究，又要加强统筹的问题。要立足国家利益和发展需要，为不断发展有中国特色的国际关系理论建设而扎实努力。

| Abstract: | Constructing and developing the internaional relationship theory with Chinese characteristics requires adhering to the concept of scientific development and scientific diplomacy,and insisting on combining such aspects together as the study of theory and that of policy,reference from foreign theories and China's current situation,static study and dynamic study,domestic developing strategies and international strategies. |
