| 摘 要： | 由于现代科学与技术联姻,科技活动成为一种社会建制的、有组织的共同体的实践活动。科技的研究、应用必然伴随着不同群体的利益纷争和价值冲突。因此,必须对科技活动进行系统规范、引导,使之合理运行。现根据科技活动周期的四个阶段,把科技规范分为四类并分别展开论述。

| Abstract: | Because of the contact of science and technology,science and technology activity has become a sort of socialization conduct.Inevitably,the integration of science and technology is also accompanied by conflicts of interests and values of different communities.Therefore,science and technology activities must be regulated.Four kinds of norms of science and technology are identified in the article. |
