加入WTO后我国主要林产品进出口变化的实证分析

该文对2002年主要林产品进出口数据进行了分析，其结果表明,我国加入WTO后，对原木、锯材、纸浆和废纸的进口直接影响不大；纸、纸板和纸制品、刨花板、纤维板、家具、松香加工品、核桃、板栗、梅干和李干、柑桔属果汁等产品的进口随进口关税税率的下调而有不同程度的增加。其中，除柑桔属果汁外，纸、纸板和纸制品、刨花板、纤维板等大宗进口产品的进口并未受到冲击性影响，而家具、松香加工品、核桃、板栗、梅干和李干等产品，由于进口量都很小，其贸易变化对整个林产品市场的影响也不大。在出口方面，加入WTO后，扩大了我国家具、水果、苹果汁、松香等产品的出口。因此，总体看来，加入WTO对林产品进口的影响是有限的，而对家具、松香、水果等产品的出口则产生了有利影响。

An Empirical Analysis of Forest Product Imports & Exports Since Entering WTO

An analysis of forest product imports & exports in 2002 showed: since entering WTO, the imports of products such as log, sawnwood, wood pulp and waste paper haven't been directly impacted, but the imports of products such as paper, paper-board, particleboard, fibreboard, furniture, walnut, chestnut, dried plum, processed rosin, citrus-fruit juice have increased to some extent respectively because the tariff rates decreased.The imports of the staple products such as paper, paper-board, particleboard, fibreboard haven't drastically impacted on the home market except citrus-fruit juice. As a whole, the influence of entering WTO on forest product imports were limited, meanwhile entering WTO has promoted the exports of products such as furniture, rosin, fruit.
