| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述教师、科研人员转岗成为出版社编辑后,应在以下几个方面转变观念:由专攻一门学科的"专才"转变为兼修百科的"通才";由只注重学术研究的"书呆子"转变为兼顾出版物社会效益和经济效益的"精明人":由闭门钻研、甘于寂寞的科学工作者转变为广交朋友、搜集多方信息的社会工作者:由科学观点的提出者、科学成果的总结者转变为书本价值的评价者、书本质量的保证者.
