行政权力在高校学术管理中的运行及规范

学术权力和行政权力是存在于高校学术管理中的两种基本权力形式。如何协调两种权力的运行、保障学术权力的行使一直是学界探讨的热点。文章认为,基于我国历史文化背景和目前的现实．诸多问题的突破点在于保证行政权力的规范运行上。故拟通过分析行政权力在学术管理中的地位、作用,针对目前权力运行中存在的主要问题,提出行政权力规范运行的对策。
