| 摘 要： | 2000年以来，我国能源强度出现了波动这一新现象。本文运用完全分解模型对这一现象进行分解分析，得出如下结论：（1）2000—2007年，我国能源强度波动及第二产业能源强度波动中，强度效应占主导作用，结构效应作用较小。其中，第二产业对我国能源强度波动影响最大，而制造业对第二产业能源强度波动起主导作用。（2）产业结构变动对能源强度波动的影响较小，2000—2002年降低了能源强度，2002年-2007年增加了能源强度。
