城市设计的困境及对策

针对现代城市设计发展的现状,阐述了在概念理解、设计实践和设计管理等方面存在的误区或偏差。结合国外有益的经验,提出了我国应加强城市设计基础理论的研究、加快城市设计的法制化进程和规范城市设计的管理制度以及普及城市设计教育工作的建议与对策。

Difficulties and Strategies of Urban Design

In view of the present development conditions of modern urban design, this paper expounds the deviations and misconception about concept understanding, designing practice and designing management. On the basis of beneficial experience in foreign countries, some suggestions and solving countermeasures are put forward. First the state should strengthen the fundamental theory research of urban design and speed up the legislation of urban planning. Moreover, the state should standardize the management system of urban design and popularize the education on urban design.
