中小企业融资难的问题已成为我国经济发展中的一个焦点问题,普遍受到关注。本文从法律的角度提出解决对策:即完善包括银行信贷、股权融资、票据融资等各项法律制度,修改现有法律法规中阻碍中小企业融资的有关规定等。

Reflections on Improving the Financing Law System of Middle and Small Enterprises

The difficulty of the financing of our middle and small enterprises has become a focus for our economic development. This article puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of the law: to improve the relevant law system including bank credit, shareholder equity financing, bill financing and to revise the relevant stipulations hidering the financing of the middle and small entreprises.
