| 摘 要： | 高等教育学籍、学历证书电子注册是我国现代化新型的学籍学历管理制度，给高校学籍档案管理提出了新的更高的要求。高校领导和学籍档案管理部门应树立以人为本的学籍档案管理理念，健全制度，采取多种措施，使学籍档案管理适应学籍、学历电子注册工作的要求，从而推进高校学籍档案管理现代化与制度化的建设。

| Abstract: | It is a modern and new management system in our country to carry out electronic registrationin for academic statues and academic certificate in higher education, which bring forword new and more challenge to students＇ status archives management. Leaders of university and the department of students＇ status archives management should establish the idea of people-oriented, perfect the system and adopt many kinds of measures to fit the system of E-registration, improve the modernization and institution of students＇ status archives management in university. |
