价值链整合与价值模块整合——兼论我国IT制造业结构优化的方向

随着信息技术和经济全球化的迅猛发展,产业组织结构和价值创造体系在全球范围出现了前所未有的解构与整合。本文从价值链与模块化的相关理论出发,阐述了产业链整合的机制与动向,并在交易的复杂性、信息可编码识别的程度和供应商能力三要素的基础上,分析了产业链整合的诸形态,重点对价值链与价值模块的整合机制作了较深入的探讨。本文还对我国的IT制造业如何选择适当的整合模式以促进产业升级提出了建议。

Value Chains Integration and Value Modularity Integration

With the development of information technology and economic globalization,the structure of industrial organization and value-created system have changed in very significant ways such as dis-integration and integration during the past decades.This paper introduces fint the mechanism and trend of industry chains integration in relation to the theory on value chains and modularity,and analyzes several forms of industry chains integration based on three factors:(1) the complexity of transactions,(2)the ability to codify transactions,and (3) the capabilities in the supply-base and then highlights the integrated mechanism of value chains and value modularity.This paper gives out some advice on how IT manufacturers choose proper integrated form to realize industry upgrading in China.
