| Abstract: | Phenomenology is the most important school of philosophy in the 20th century,and it has a far-reaching influence on every field of social spiritual life.Its consciousness of crisis and salvation bear enlightening significances to the study of administration.The theories and the methodologies of "the living world" and "facing the object itself" have offered profound philosophic basis for the researches in the study of administration and its practice. |
