| 摘 要： | 国家十二五规划提出,要＂推进学科体系、学术观点、科研方法创新,大力推进哲学社会科学创新体系建设,实施哲学社会科学创新工程,繁荣发展哲学社会科学＂,国家首次设立＂哲学社会科学创新工程＂,使哲学社会科学创新开始上升到国家战略层面,这不仅是时代赋予中国哲学社会科学工作者的全新使命,更是社会发展的客观要求。因此,解放思想、解放话语权,明确哲学社会科学的创新目标,明晰哲学社会科学的创新理念,探索哲学社会科学的创新途径,是中国哲学社会科学创新的重要诉求和基本取向,是当下中国哲学社会科学创新首当其冲的要务。
