体制转型与我国新一轮固定资产投资加速增长

我国新一轮固定资产投资加快增长是在已初步建立的市场经济体制框架下由投资、需求结构升级拉动的自主过程。这个过程经历了恢复性增长和热度增长两个阶段,在恢复性增长阶段,非国有经济和一部分国有经济是固定资产投资增长的拉动者;在热度增长阶段,处在升级产业链中的企业是固定资产投资的强劲拉动者。由于市场经济体制是初步的,此轮固定资产投资增长过程又带有体制转型的痕迹。

Transition of system and the new round of accelerating increase in investment of fixed assets in China

The new round of increase in investment of fixed assets of our country was an automatic process which was spured by upgrading investment and consume structures under the market economic system that had been preliminarily established.In the process,the different sections of the economy performed differently,and so did different industries.The process included two stages: the stage of recovery growth and the stage of hot growth.In the stage of recovery growth,non state-owned economy and a fraction of state-owned economy were the pulling of the increase;In the stage of hot growth,the enterprises tied to upgrading industries were the powerful pulling.But because our market economic system is preliminary,this increase process in investment of fixed assets had still the vestige of soft restraint in the transition of system.
