中小学青年教师生存与发展状况调查

目前,中小学青年教师比较受尊重,工作辛苦、压力大但收入不高。社会对他们的职业价值定位和道德期许较高,而现实中管教学生难度加大,他们期望能在教育管理与教学技能方面有所提升。因此,必须改善教师的生存状态,满足其职业发展要求,对教师所做工作给予公正评价与物质回报,改革僵化的考核与评比制度,关注教师的工作体验,给教师减负减压。

The Living and Development Conditions of Young Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools: An Investigation

At present,young teachers in primary and middle schools are relatively respected with hard work and high pressure but low income.The society has high expectations about the orientation of their professional values and morals,while in reality,difficulties increase in disciplining students.They expect to be able to improve their skills in education management and teaching.Therefore,it is essential to do the following for the teachers: improve their living conditions;meet their demands for career development;give their work fair evaluation with material rewards;reform the rigid systems for assessment and evaluation through comparison;attach importance to their work experience;alleviate their burdens and reduce their pressure.
