现阶段社工对青少年社会化偏差矫正的介入机制探究

在现阶段社工介入纠偏活动中,纠偏工作的运动化与缺乏长效机制、对于潜在的偏差群体的忽略,导致对社区青少年进行纠偏治疗存在不少问题。在此,重点研究了对准社区青少年这一潜在群体的纠偏的可能与方法,提出社工介入的工作应重视对于潜在人群偏差行为的预防。同时从成因角度进行了辨析,认为,不存在没有压力的青少年,只有压力畸形的青少年,而预防工作是最好的纠偏治疗,介入机制也应从运动化解决问题转为重视预防。

The Social Workers Rectifying the Youth's Deviation of Socialization at the Present Stage: A Discussion of the Intervention System

In the present activities of social workers getting involved in rectifying deviations,there are a few problems in the rectification therapy among the community youth due to the rectification work in a campaign way(only during special days),the lack of a long-term system and the ignorance of the underlying group with deviation.Therefore,this essay focuses on the possibility and ways in rectifying the deviations of this group of pre-community youth,proposing that the work of social workers should turn some efforts to the prevention of this deviation problem among the related people.Meanwhile,the generating causes are analyzed and it is believed that there are no youngsters without pressure,and only their stresses are abnormal.Yet,prevention is the best therapy for rectifying deviations while the system should value prevention instead of solving problems just during special days.
