| 摘 要： | 随着中国改革开放的不断发展以及社会竞争的不断加剧,高校教职工的思想状况发生了一些变化。为解决新形势下教职工的思想问题,高校教职工思想政治教育工作必须树立以人为本的教育理念,发挥教职工的主观能动性,创新形式,更新内容,完善机制。

| Abstract: | Along with the continuous development of China’s reform and opening-up as well as the growing social competition,the ideological situations of the university staff have some changes.In order to solve their ideological problems in the new situation,universities should do the following work regarding the staff’s ideological and political education: establish the educational philosophy of Putting People First;develop the subjective initiatives of their staff;innovate forms;update contents and improve mechanisms. |
