大学生课堂冷漠现象的教育社会心理学分析

摘    要:"课堂冷漠"阻碍了大学教学质量的提升和大学生全面素质的提高,它表现为隐性逃课和显性逃课。学生自身心理、师生关系是大学"课堂冷漠"现象产生的原因,因此,要预防、控制课堂冷漠,不仅要从社会和学校层面改变教育制度,还要从学生自身的心理入手改善师生关系,活跃课堂气氛,让学生积极参与课堂教学。此外,还要从他们的需要出发,激发学生的学习动机,并提供有吸引力的学习诱因,使学生排除内外干扰,提高心理素质。

Abstract:"Class indifference" hinders the improvement of university teaching quality and overall abilities of undergraduates,shown as the recessive skipping and dominant skipping.Undergraduates’ own psychology and the teacher-student relationship are its causes.Therefore,in order to prevent and control this phenomenon,it is essential to do the following: change the education system from social and school level;improve the teacher-student relationship starting with the undergraduates’ own psychology;create dynamic class atmosphere for them to actively participate in classroom teaching;stimulate their academic motivation based on their needs;provide attractive learning incentives to enable them to rule out the internal and external interference while improving their psychological accomplishments.
