大学生课堂冷漠现象的教育社会心理学分析

＂课堂冷漠＂阻碍了大学教学质量的提升和大学生全面素质的提高,它表现为隐性逃课和显性逃课。学生自身心理、师生关系是大学＂课堂冷漠＂现象产生的原因,因此,要预防、控制课堂冷漠,不仅要从社会和学校层面改变教育制度,还要从学生自身的心理入手改善师生关系,活跃课堂气氛,让学生积极参与课堂教学。此外,还要从他们的需要出发,激发学生的学习动机,并提供有吸引力的学习诱因,使学生排除内外干扰,提高心理素质。

Class Indifference of Undergraduates:Analysis of Educational Social Psychology

"Class indifference" hinders the improvement of university teaching quality and overall abilities of undergraduates,shown as the recessive skipping and dominant skipping.Undergraduates’ own psychology and the teacher-student relationship are its causes.Therefore,in order to prevent and control this phenomenon,it is essential to do the following: change the education system from social and school level;improve the teacher-student relationship starting with the undergraduates’ own psychology;create dynamic class atmosphere for them to actively participate in classroom teaching;stimulate their academic motivation based on their needs;provide attractive learning incentives to enable them to rule out the internal and external interference while improving their psychological accomplishments.
