共青团干部提高礼仪修养论要

共青团组织要充分发挥党的助手和后备军作用、党和政府联系青年群众的桥梁和纽带作用,必须加强自身建设。深入贯彻落实科学发展观,实现人的全面发展,应当是每个团干部努力的方向。为此,需要从细节做起,从我做起,以提高礼仪修养和弘扬中华民族传统优秀礼仪文化为切入点不断加强自身修养,不断提高服务青年群众工作的本领。唯其如此,才能全面提升共青团的整体形象,提高工作效率,促进和推动经济社会的和谐发展。

On Improving the Etiquette Accomplishments of the CYL Leaders

The CYL(Communist Youth League) organizations must strengthen their self-improvement in order to give full play to the roles of the Party’s assistants and reserves,as the bridge and link for the Party and government to keep ties with young people.It should be the direction of the efforts for each League leader to thoroughly implement and apply the Scientific Outlook on Development to achieve the integrated human development.Therefore,it is essential to begin from the details with themselves and continue to strengthen their own accomplishment while taking the following as a starting point: to strengthen their etiquette accomplishment and carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional etiquette culture,with continuously improved skills to serve youth work.Only in this way is it possible to enhance the CYL’s overall image and to improve work efficiency so as to facilitate and promote the harmonious development of economic society.
