| 摘 要： | 考察民营经济的内涵和外延可以发现,民营经济不仅仅限于个体私营企业,改制后的乡镇企业以及由国有企业改制的企业将会成为民营经济的主体.新阶段做大做强民营企业,创造企业结构竞争力的主要途径是扩大企业规模,提高企业所处的产业等级,进行制度创新.

| Abstract: | Individually-run economy is not limited to private enterprises. After reform, township enterprises and enterprises transformed from state-owned ones will consist of the mainstay of the individually-run economy. The main means to increase their competitive capacity is to enlarge their scale, improve the industrial level of the enterprises and innovate their system. |
