| 摘 要： | 传闻证据规则是关于证人出庭作证问题的一项重要证据规则。针对我国目前证人出庭作证难的严重问题，笔者建议，应结合我国的实际情况，确立有中国特色的传闻证据规则和完善各项相关配套制度。

| Abstract: | Hearsay rule on witnesses to testify in court is an important issue the rules of evidence. In view of the current difficult witnesses to testify in court a serious problem, the authors suggested , in combination with the actual situation in China, established with Chinese characteristics, the hearsay rule and improve the relevant supporting systems. |
