关于推进高校研究性教学的几点思考

培养高素质创新型人才是高等教育的重要任务之一，研究性教学是培养高素质创新型人才的重要途径。目前高校本科教学中尚存在诸多影响创新型人才培养的问题，大力推进研究性教学是解决问题的途径之一。在推进研究性教学的过程中，高校必须树立现代的教育教学理念，建立研究性的教学队伍，创新研究性教学的管理制度，完善研究性教学的评价体系。

Consideration on Pushing forward Research-Based Teaching of Universities

The cultivation of high-quality innovative talents is one of the important tasks of universities. Research-based teaching is an important means of training high-quality innovative talents. However, some problems exiting in higher education influence the cultivation of innovative talent, for example, most universities still use the traditional teaching mode, teaching methods and evaluation mode. These problems must be effectively settled by pushing forward research-based teaching. In the process of pushing forward research-based teaching, the modern educational and teaching conceptions should be set up in the universities, the research-based teaching teams should be established , management system of research-based teaching should be innovated and the evaluation system of research-based teaching should be perfected.
