| 摘 要： | 论文的“注释”与“参考文献”既有相同的功能又有不同的作用，这种捭合关系使得当前的学术期刊在对它们的使用上呈现了三种不同样式。从运筹学的角度说，将“注释”标注直接引文的功能归属“参考文献”而只保留它的说明性职能是合乎理性的选择，这样既分工明确又能保持版面的整饬美观。

| Abstract: | The functions of ＂notes＂ and ＂references＂ in academic writing, similar but at the same time different, are overlapped in a certain sense. As a result, there have appeared three different ways of using them. From the perspective of operational research, it is advisable to allocate the quotational function of ＂notes＂ to ＂references＂ and treat them solely as illustrative explanations. In this way, there is a clear division between them, and it is also helpful to keep the layout clean and beautiful. |
