| 摘 要： | 意会知识传递不仅应从理论层面进行探讨，而且还必须从企业发展的实践层面，将蕴涵于企业的意会知识转化为现实生产力。所以，从企业生产与管理的角度讨论意会知识传递的特点与价值，分析意会知识传递对于我国企业发展的启示和意义，是我国企业管理者及其员工需要深入思考的课题。

| Abstract: | The article discusses characters and value about tacit knowledge from the perspective of production and management of enterprises ,and it focues on enlightenment and meaning of tacit knowledge transference to enterprise devel -opment in China .What is more ,the author of the article thinks that discussion on tacit knowledge transference is not only at the theoretical level but also at practical level for enterprise development ,so that tacit knowledge immersed in the enterprise may turn into practical productive forces . |
