| 摘 要： | 在对现有技术并购相关文献进行总结和回顾的基础上,分析了技术并购对企业绩效的影响机理、技术并购绩效的一般评估方法及绩效实证检验结果,探讨了技术并购的驱动力及影响并购绩效的相关因素,为促进技术并购研究的深度和广度提供了一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the summary and review of present technology M＆A relevant literatures, this paper analyzes the influential mechanism of technology M＆A on enterprise performance, the general assessment meth- ods and the empirical results of technology M＆A performance. Then, our discussion focuses on the driving forces of technology M＆A and the relevant impact factors of M＆A performance, and thus provides some refer- ence basis for increasing the depth and the breadth of technology M＆A research. |
