论邓小平区域经济非均衡协调发展思想——纪念邓小平诞辰110周年

改革开放后，邓小平立足于国内外形势的新变化，提出了区域经济非均衡协调发展思想，主张重点发展东部地区，通过非均衡布局，逐步实现共同富裕。该思想包括“两个大局”的发展方针、共同富裕的发展目标、沿海到内地逐步推进的发展布局、市场机制和政府干预相结合的发展机制四层内涵。新时期要辩证看待这一思想，它对当前缩小地区差距，贯彻和落实科学发展观以及发展中国特色社会主义，具有重要的现实指导意义。

On Deng Xiaoping's Thought about the Unbalanced and Coordinated Development of Regionla Economy Thought---Commemorating the 110 th ann iversary of Deng Xiaoping

After the reform and opening up , Deng Xiaoping proposed the idea about the unbalanced but coordinated development of regional economy based on the new changes of both domestic and international situation ;he advocated focu-sing on developing the eastern areas , and gradually achieving common prosperity through unbalanced layout .The idea has four connotations including approach to the ＆quot;two overall＆quot;development , the development goal of common prosperity , the de-velopment layout of gradually advancing from the coast to the interior areas , and the development mechanism of combining market mechanisms and government intervention .We have to dialectically view these ideas , because they are still of important inspiration and practical reference for narrowing the regional gap , carrying out and implementing scientific outlook on development and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics .
