| 摘 要： | 建设服务型政府是我国政府的一次全方位改革。它需要政府树立全新的行政理念;在加强和改善经济调节、市场监管的同时,要更加注重社会管理和公共服务;在公共管理过程中对公众的社会需求和所提出的问题要给予积极回应。
