森林文化产品的价值与价格

摘    要:国家林业建设战略重点的重新定位,“体验经济”的蓬勃发展,为森林文化产品的生产和消费创造了广阔的市场。将优秀的森林文化资源整理、组合、提升,创新为森林文化产品,并确定其价格,能更有效地传播森林文化,使其被更多人所接受,产生更大的社会效益和经济效益。森林文化产品的创作过程也就是森林文化的丰富和创新过程。该文阐述了森林文化产品的涵义、主要特性、传播与消费的条件、主要表现形式、价值及其价格。文章认为森林文化产品包含了创作过程的活化劳动、制作文化载体的物化劳动和森林文化自身的价值,它们共同构成森林文化产品的价值。文章用劳动价值论、效用价值论和新古典价值经济学理论考察了森林文化产品的价格构成,认为森林文化产品价格应该由其生产成本、效用、供求关系等因素综合决定:生产成本决定森林文化产品的最低价格;效用决定森林文化产品的最高价格;供求关系变化影响森林文化产品价格的波动幅度。

Abstract:The reorientation of national forestry strategy and the prosperous development of experiencing economy have created the vast market for forest culture products.Only when the forest culture products are created and the prices are set after the excellent forest culture resources are sorted out,made up,developed and innovated,could the forest culture products spread more effectively,being accepted more extensively,and bring greater social and economic benefit.The process of creating forest culture products also is the process of enriching and innovating forest culture.This paper explains the meaning,main characteristics,conditions of spreading and consumption,main form of expression,value and price of forest culture products.Forest culture products include the value of creators' active labor and materialize labor in making carrier of culture,the value of forest culture itself.This paper studies the formation of the price of forest culture products with labor theory of value,utility theory of value and new-classical economics theory of value.The price of forest culture products are decided by the factors such as production cost,utility,supply-demand relationship,etc.The production cost determines the lowest price of the forest culture products.The utility determines the supreme price of the forest culture products.And the change of supply-demand relationship influences the fluctuating range of the forest culture product's price.
