| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省1986-2007年专利产出和经济增长数据资料进行计算，在一系列检验基础上建立了专利产出对安徽经济增长的计量经济模型。实证结果表明：专利产出对安徽经济增长有长期影响，故应采取措施大力提高专利产出水平、产出质量以及专利成功转化率。

| Abstract: | Consensusofthelocaleconomicgrowth beingpromoted bythe scientific and technologicalinnovation is reached theoreticallyand practically. Butit's stillcomplicated tomeasure a contribution rate ofeconomic growth caused by scientific and technological innovation. Based on patent output as an example, and through collection of patentoutputand economic growth data from1986- 2007 in Anhui, an econometric modelofAnhui's economic growth tothe patentoutputis setup in this article on a series oftests and adjustments. The empirical results show thatthe patent output in Anhui has been makinga long- termimpact on its economic growth, someasures should betaken tovigorouslyimprovethelevelofpatentoutput, outputqualityand conversion rateofsuccessfulpatent. |
