摘    要:阐述了学生和教师是影响教学质量的主要因素。探讨了提升教师素质,提高教学质量的措施:建立行之有效的激励机制,提高教师的责任心和教学积极性;加强学习,提高教师的自身素质和教学水平;端正教风,以教风促学风,促进教学质量的提高。

Abstract:In this article the authors expound that students and teachers are the main factors in influencing teaching quality.Having probed the measure of improving teacher' s quality and teaching quality set up effectual measure of encouraging improve teacher' s sense of responsibility and teaching enthusiasm;enhance study,improve teacher' s self-quality and teaching level;take a correct attitude towards the style of teaching to urge the style of study,promote the improvement of teaching quality.
