| 摘 要： | 同西方法治观相比较,中国传统法治观在概念、源起、内容、基础、作用方面都有着显著的差异;而法治同中国传统政治文化的一些核心理念--人治、礼治、德治等也在诸多方面存在着耦合和歧异.在扬弃传统法治观基础上,去建设我国的社会主义政治文明.

| Abstract: | Compared with the theory of "rule by law" in the West, the traditional Chinese theory of Rule by Law has many striking features in the aspects of conceptions, origin, contents, basis, and function. It has also many similar aspects to as well as different aspects from the core ideas of traditional Chinese political culture - - - "rule by humanity", "rule by etiquette" , and "rule by virtue" . We should build Chinese socialist political civilization by inheriting the good elements and discarding the bad sides of traditional Chinese Rule by Law. |
