| 摘 要： | 在国际贸易中,信用证是比较常用的支付手段。其中常见是跟单信用证。备用信用证作为信用证中的一种,与跟单信用证有着共同之处。但是备用信用证和跟单信用证都各具其特点,并且在适用范围,作用形式等方面有着比较明显的区别。
