| 摘 要： | 由于社会主义初级阶段还不是那种已为人的全面发展提供了现实的社会生产力和高度文明的基础的社会阶段,还处于“以物的依赖性为基础的人的独立性”的历史阶段,人的发展仍然具有不全面性。大力发展生产力,努力营造良好的社会环境,发展文化教育,加强道德建设,是克服和消除人的发展不全面性的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The socialism primary phase is still a historical stage at which human independence is based upon the material dependency, not the social phase which has already provided for comprehensive human development the basis of realistic productivity and highly developed civilization. Thus, human development is incomplete. To solve this problem, we need to put all our efforts into improving productivity, creating harmonious social climate, promoting educational and cultural activities, and building moral standards. |
