| 摘 要： | 资源短缺是我国高校面临的普遍现实问题。资源整合机制创新是保障高校科学发展的必然要求，高校应以有形资源整合和无形资源整合为方向，建立适应科学发展观为导向的内部资源调控机制，提高学校的整体效能，促进高校的健康持续发展。
