| 摘 要： | 随着城市工业化的发展而产生的农村劳动力的大规模转移与农村第二、三产业的发展是当前影响农村土地流转的两个主要因素.相比较而言,劳动力转移这一因素对于土地流转影响更大,牵涉的关系也更复杂;而要保证其实际的促进作用,处理好土地流转中集体与集体成员的关系、维护农民工的权益和生活保障则需要完善集体组织成员权制度.

| Abstract: | The two main factors leading to the rural land fluxion are as follows: the large-scale transfer of rural labor resulting from the development of industrialization,and the huge progress of the secondary and tertiary industry in rural areas.In comparison with the latter,the former one,involving a great deal of complicated relationship,has a greater influence on the land fluxion.Consequently,we should attach great importance to the improvement of the system of the members' rights of the collective organization... |
