| 摘 要： | 中小企业标准的理论界定是一个国际性难题.本文从三个不同的角度考察中小企业的标准问题.一是依据企业规模(企业雇佣人数、企业资产量、企业经营收入)来界定中小企业;二是对我国中小企业的标准进行了历史透视;三是对我国中小企业的重新划分作了定性和定量分析.

| Abstract: | How to define small-and medium-sized enterprises theoretically has been an issue of international importance. This paper aims to study the issue from three perspectives. First, it is suggested that the size of the enterprise, including the number of people employed, the capital and the income, be the standard for defining the enterprise as small- or medium-sized. Second, a historical fluoroscopy has been given to the standards of our country for defining small- and medium-sized enterprises. Third, qualitative and quantitative analyses have been made so as to redesignate small-and medium-sized enterprises in our country. |
