On the Analysis of Reasons and Strategies of Confessions Through Torture by Scouts ---From the Point of Legal Psychology

It has been a long time since confessions through torture existed, and many people have dis- cussed the ponderance of the problem. Although legislations in our country has strictly forbidden the behavior, it still exists. Why do scouts take risks to implement the act？ How to prohibit it？ This article is trying to an- swer these questions from a different point of view legal psychology. The set of investigation, flaws of thinking and reappearance, negative sentiment and so forth, are critical causes of confessions through torture. For the above-mentioned reasons, the writer tends to handle the problem through the aspects of law and psy- chology.
