“十二五”河北省民营企业技术服务体系构建研究

河北省民营企业创新服务体系建设虽然近几年来有一定的发展,但是与全国先进省份相比、与河北省民营企业对创新服务日益增长的需求相比,现行体系的不完善仍十分明显。从政府对民营企业的政策服务和科研机构的技术服务两方面,对河北省民营企业技术服务体系进行研究,分析存在的主要问题及原因,提出"十二五"促进河北省民营企业技术服务体系构建的对策。

A study on the countermeasures of technical service system of private enterprises in Hebei province under the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline

Abstract:Although, in recent years, there is a little development of Innovation Service System in the private technology enterprises in Hebei Province, the imperfections of the current system is still very apparent, compared with the national advanced provinces in our country as well as the growing demand for it in our province. This paper is written to give some suggestions by analyzing the reasons and problems thereby caused from the government policy on private enterprises and technical service system of research institutions to stipulate the development of private enterprises in Hebei Province.
